Exfoliating the skin of your hands with a dry brush.
Use the black bristles to gently brush your fingers from the knuckles to the tips of your nails. Position the brush vertically and brush from the spaces between your fingers to your wrist. Use the entire tip of the brush to brush from your wrist to your forearm. Stimulate the bases of your fingers and the center of your palm with gentle pressure. Use the brown bristles to make circular movements from the center of your palm outwards. Divide each hand into three zones and brush from your wrist to your fingertips in each zone.
Rinse the brush thoroughly under running water after use. If soap remains in the bristles, it can cause mold. Gently squeeze out excess moisture, spread the bristles apart, and let the brush air dry in a well-ventilated area.
