Wet the bristles with warm water, apply soap or body gel, lather and gently massage the skin in circular motions.
Use a dry brush to massage your body and support your lymphatic system.

Rinse the toothbrush thoroughly with water after use. If any soap remains, remove it carefully to avoid damage. Spread the bristles apart to dry faster and let the toothbrush dry in a well-ventilated area.
