Wet the bristles with warm water, apply soap or body gel and create a lather. Massage the skin with gentle circular movements. The dry brush can also be used for dry massage and lymphatic drainage.
Rinse the brush with clean water after use. If the water is still soapy after squeezing the bristles, rinse again. Spread the bristles apart by hand to allow air to reach the base and let the brush dry in a well-ventilated area using a satin ribbon to hang it.
