Wet the bristles with warm water, apply soap or body gel and create a lather. Massage the skin in gentle circular motions. The brush can also be used dry for lymphatic massage and skin firming.
Rinse the toothbrush thoroughly with clean water after use. If soap remains in the bristles, it can cause mold. Spread the bristles apart to dry faster and dry in a well-ventilated area.
