Esthe Pro Labo Flora Balance
Take 1 to 3 sachets daily after meals. Pour the contents of the sachet into your mouth and let dissolve. Do not add to hot drinks; store below 25°C out of direct sunlight.

Esthe Pro Labo Herbzyme113 Orax – Skin Care
Take 20 ml daily using the enclosed measuring cup. You can take it in the morning on an empty stomach, after breakfast, before the main meal or as a light dinner replacement. After opening, keep in the refrigerator and consume as soon as possible.

G-detoc Herb Tea Gran Pro
Place one bag in a cup, pour 300 ml of hot or cold water and steep for 3-5 minutes. 1-2 cups per day is recommended.
