Take 20 ml daily using the enclosed measuring cup. You can take it in the morning on an empty stomach, after breakfast, before the main meal or as a light dinner replacement. After opening, keep in the refrigerator and consume as soon as possible.

Place one bag in a cup, pour 300 ml of hot or cold water and steep for 3-5 minutes. 1-2 cups per day is recommended.
