Use
Wet cleansing: Moisten the tip of the brush with warm water, apply an appropriate amount of soap or shower gel and gently massage the skin in circular motions. Gradually increase the pressure as needed.
Dry brushing: Can also be used dry for a short, very gentle stimulating massage before showering.
Cleaning and Care: Rinse thoroughly under running water after use. Gently squeeze the bristles until any residual foam drains. "Spread" the bristles with your fingers to allow air to reach the base and let dry in a well-ventilated area. Do not store in damp conditions or in a closed container.
