Wet cleaning: Wet the ends of the bristles with warm water, apply a small amount of soap or shower gel and gently cleanse and massage in circular motions. Gradually increase pressure as needed.
Dry brushing: Can also be used dry for a short stimulating skin massage before showering.
Cleaning and care: After use, rinse the brush thoroughly under running water. Gently squeeze the bristles until the remaining foam drains. "Spread" the bristles with your fingers to allow air to reach the base and let dry in a well-ventilated area. Do not store in damp conditions or in closed containers.
