Place Aqua Qutto on a firm and level surface. Lightly moisten the device's surface with water to ensure good contact with the skin.

Sit so that the control panel faces forward and your skin is in contact with both sides of the device. Turn on the device by holding the power button and start at the lowest intensity.

Use the + and - buttons to adjust the EMS stimulation level to your comfort. The recommended duration for one session is 15 minutes.

Use regularly according to the instructions for use.
