Use
Prepare your skin by removing makeup and applying a conductive gel (Proteoglykan Esthe Pro Labo is recommended).
Choose a mode according to the care goal: cleansing, firming, infusion of active ingredients, LED, vibration.
Work in gentle, gliding strokes over the zones for approximately three to five minutes per area; around the eyes for a shorter time and at a low intensity.
For scalp and body, set the intensity to low to medium and move the strokes slowly against the direction of gravity.
Finally, wipe off any excess, rehydrate, and apply SPF throughout the day.
Recommended frequency: two to four sessions per week depending on skin tolerance; for sensitive skin, start at the lowest intensity.
