Description

Traditional Japanese soy sauce with Organic JAS certification is the result of a unique fermentation process using more than 300 types of beneficial microorganisms. It is produced using historical methods in wooden oak barrels "Kura" with a tradition of more than two hundred years. All raw materials come from organic farming - soybeans and wheat are grown without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides, on land that has been cultivated for generations. The purity and delicate taste are ensured by spring water from a depth of 80 meters.
