How does it work?

The loyalty program rewards registered customers for repeat purchases. We track the total value of all your completed and paid orders. Once you reach a certain level, we will automatically assign you a corresponding discount, which will be applied to every subsequent purchase.

Loyalty program tiers

  • Bronze 🥉

    For total purchases over 10,000 CZK, you will receive a 3% discount

  • Silver 🥈

    For a total purchase value over 20,000 CZK, you will receive a 5% discount

  • Gold 🥇

    For total purchases over 30,000 CZK, you will receive a 10% discount

Who is the program intended for?

  • The loyalty program is intended exclusively for registered end customers.

    It does not apply to customers who are already receiving discounted terms—for example, beauticians, industry professionals, or partners with an individual price list. If you have a professional account, these discounts cannot be combined.

    Click the "Rewards" button; on mobile devices, just the gift icon.

    Go to the option with the text "How to spend points".
