Relaxation massage

This harmonizing treatment aims to deeply relax the body and mind. It combines gentle massage techniques with warm oils that intensely hydrate the skin. The treatment includes a head massage to release tension and the use of lava stones to warm the muscles and promote circulation. The relaxing massage helps to relieve stress, restore inner balance and induce a feeling of overall well-being.

Deep massage

An effective technique aimed at releasing deep muscle tension, promoting regeneration and relieving pain. The massage can be reflex (without oil) or classic with oil - always according to the client's current needs and preferences.

The therapy may also include lava stones, cups, gua sha stones or fascial knives, which help to promote more intense relaxation and improve blood circulation. Ideal for chronic stiffness, back pain, stress and physical exhaustion.
